BLUE COAST BURRITO GRILLE ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING PLAN FOR JUNE 17
Festivities Include Great Food & Drink Specials, Prizes, Entertainment & Celebrities
Nashville, TN – June 3, 2011 – Blue Coast Burrito Grille ~ Margarita Loft announces its Grand Opening planned for Friday, June 17, 2011. With finishing touches in place, Market Square’s newest eatery intends a day of festivities kicking off with a short recognition ceremony preceding a celebrity-studded ribbon-cutting. Immediately thereafter Chamber of Commerce members, invited guests and attending dignitaries will enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant’s “Margarita Loft.”
Plans for the morning of June 17th are as follows:
10:00 AM: Introductions/Recognitions/Comments from a few dignitaries
10:15 AM: Ribbon-Cutting/Pictures/Facility tour
10:30 AM: Lunch served in the Margarita Loft…Catering-Style as a demonstration of BCB Catering-services. All Chamber members, invited guests and dignitaries to be fed on the house, but any “donations” will go to the Eric Berry Foundation. Visit EricBerryFoundation.org for further information.
Throughout the Grand Opening Weekend Blue Coast is donating 10% of all sales to the Eric Berry Foundation, with all funds ear-marked for refurbishment work of local parks in areas that serve the underprivileged here in Knoxville. Eric’s vision for the foundation is to benefit the three cities that he calls home; Fairburn, GA where such a work was recently completed; Knoxville where he earned All American honors as a Team Captain at UT; and now Kansas City where he plays for the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL. This effort will support its mission of providing a safe environment for children to participate in team sports and leadership development programs to encourage strength of body, mind and spirit. Blue Coast is proud to be a small part of such wonderful work devoted to benefitting the youth in this community.
It is anticipated that a few prominent UT athletic alum (Eric Berry likely to be among them) will be joining the celebration which includes a day of festivity ~ great food and drink specials, prizes and entertainment. The party begins on June 17 and continues all weekend. Please join the fun!
